The Role
The Head of Sales will be one of the first employees in our DACH team where you will be responsible for leading, building and managing the sales team in Germany. You will report to the Director of Sales, EMEA and work closely with the CCO and other stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
What you will do
- Develop, implement and execute on sales strategies to achieve revenue targets that are aligned with Stellant’s strategies and goals
- Build, lead, develop and manage the sales team in the US
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other markets to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Represent Stellant at industry events, trade shows and other client facing interactions
We think you will be a good match if
- You want to be a part of a team working against climate change.
- You have strong experience with either Angular or React. We currently use both at Normative and, if you have experience in only one of them, we hope you are interested in learning the other one
- You know how to work with security, performance, ensure scalability, maintenance, and so on
- You have good knowledge of modern web application development on top of a microservice back-end
- You are able, or willing to learn, to contribute also on backend, to help unblock progress
- You have built, deployed, and operated data-intensive applications in an environment of continuous integration and delivery
- Aim to ship fast, be value-driven and understand the importance of feedback loops from the stakeholders
- Interest in learning, exploring and sharing
We believe you
- Have a proven track record of success in sales management where you previously have lead, managed, recruited and developed a high-class sales team with a winning attitude
- You have previously worked with the full B2B sales cycle, preferably in SaaS-companies
- You have a deep understanding of the US market
- Have experience from a fast-paced and growing company where you are used to working together to reach targets
- Have excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Care deeply about making a real contribution towards a more equitable world powered by better access to technology. If you also have some previous experience from working or studying within that field - that’s amazing

Location
This is a fully remote role reporting into the CEO.
