To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are fully responsible for any activities or actions that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay the subscription fees specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. Stellant reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with notice provided to you before the change takes effect.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, and other materials created by Stellant during the provision of Services are the intellectual property of Stellant unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, you may be granted a license to use the deliverables as outlined in the Service Agreement.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or Stellant's systems or networks.
7. Confidentiality
Stellant may have access to your confidential information during the provision of Services. Stellant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent.
8. Termination
Stellant reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
